It’s a hot summer day, all the kids in a 10-mile radius are full of energy, and you just need a cool, refreshing snack…you know, to serve the kiddos 😉! Don’t worry; we won’t tell them it’s as much for us as it is for them!
Stress has a way of sneaking in and threatening to overwhelm us fast. That’s why purposeful and healthy snacks and treats are so helpful. Why not cool down physically AND mentally?
Adaptogens are herbs that help our body respond to stress to find our calm and relax better. You can learn more about helpful herbs in Natural Ways to Reduce Stress & Anxiety and 7 Herbs to Reduce Stress & Anxiety.
Are you ready for the recipe?
Before we get started, you’ll need Earthley’s Cocoa Calm, a cocoa powder mixed with 3 key adaptogenic herbs: (ashwagandha root, schisandra berry, and eleuthero root). Kate developed this for her store, Earthley Wellness!
