Recipe Collection: Calming Marshmallow Tea

Calming Marshmallow Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. lemon balm (or chamomile)
  • 1 tsp. marshmallow root
  • 1 cup of warm, filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp. of honey, if desired

Directions:

Step 1: Bring the water to a boil.

Step 2: Place the herbs in a tea bag or strainer and place them in the cup.

Step 3: After you’ve brought the filtered water to a boil, pour it into the cup over the tea strainer.

Step 4: Let the herbs steep for 10-15 minutes, and remove the tea strainer or bag.

Step 5: Stir in honey if desired, and enjoy!
