Calming Marshmallow Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. lemon balm or chamomile
  • 1 tsp. marshmallow root
  • 1 cup of warm filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp. of honey if desired

Instructions

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Place the herbs in a tea bag or strainer and place themĀ in the cup.
  • After you've brought the filtered water to a boil, pour it into the cup over the tea strainer.
  • Let the herbs steep for 10-15 minutes, and remove the tea strainer or bag.
  • Stir in honey if desired, and enjoy!
