This Cold Kicker Tea is not only warm and sweet (perfect for those down days), but each of the herbs has qualities that might help you kick that cold a little bit faster. Step 2- Pour a cup of boiling water.

Step 3-Steep 2 tsp. of the tea blend in the boiling water for at least 10 minutes.

Step 4- Remove herbs, add honey or another sweetener, and enjoy!

This tea is carefully crafted to deliver support when your body needs it. Each ingredient brings benefits.

Why this tea works!

Orange Peel

The fleshy part of the fruit has always been known for its vitamin C content, but did you know the peel actually has more vitamin C than the flesh? The peel is also bitter, and for a good reason. That bitterness can also stimulate bile production in the digestive tract, promoting healthy digestion. The bright color isn’t just to look nice; the color of the peel comes from flavonoids. Flavonoids are antioxidants and may help the body with inflammation.

Elderflower

Elderflowers are an immune system ally. They are full of antioxidants and are antiviral, perfect for colds or other viral sicknesses. Elderflower is also good for fighting seasonal allergies due to its ability to support the body in removing mucus with its expectorant properties.

 Ginger

Ginger is a warming herb and helps support blood flow. It also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

 Echinacea

Here is another immune ally – another great herb that is antiviral and supports the body’s ability to clean cold symptoms!

Safety

Echinacea, orange peel, ginger, and elderflower are safe to use for ages 2+. This tea is targeted support during sickness, and it isn’t formulated to be used long term. It is also safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

This tea is simple and effective, so be sure to keep it in the cupboard for the cold season!
