If you’ve been around the natural community for a while, you’ve likely heard of (or even tried) golden milk. For those new to the realm or those partaking in Earthley’s Morning Metabolism Challenge, golden milk is a traditional Indian drink that features the amazing benefits of turmeric in a nice glass of warm milk. Like most recipes, you’ll find countless varieties of golden milk, often featuring a hint of cinnamon, ginger, and other delicious herbs.
The first time I tried golden milk, as much as I loved the benefits, I wasn’t a turmeric fan. That’s not until I found a CBD-infused golden milk latte spiced to perfection. As perfect as it tasted, I couldn’t bring myself to pay $15 for three servings, so I embarked on a mission to recreate it at home.
Much to my surprise, I had the perfect golden milk variation after just one attempt. So, without further ado, I present a delightful twist to a historic (and quite healthful) drink – golden milk latte!
Golden Milk Latte
The best part about this recipe is adding (or removing) whatever flavors you’d like. If you want to enhance the health benefits of this drink, you can add ½ teaspoon of Earthley’s Mushroom Super Blend Powder and/or ¼ to ½ teaspoon of Earthley’s Cocoa Calm. I make a large batch of 24 servings to make my mornings smoother.

Directions:
Step 1: Heat your milk on the stove over medium heat for ten minutes.
Step 2: Let’s make the golden milk latte mix while your milk is heating. Add all the dry ingredients to a small bowl (or jar if you’re doing a bulk batch) and combine.
Step 3: When your milk is nice and warm, pour it into a cup and add the golden milk latte mix you made in Step 2. If you made the bulk batch, add a tablespoon of the mix.
Step 4: Add the wet ingredients, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and sweetener of choice, then stir until well combined (I like to use a milk frother to create the latte foam) and enjoy.
