I’ve played with different salad dressing recipes over the last several months, and found many I liked. This one is the easiest, though, because it has few ingredients, comes together quickly, and doesn’t need refrigeration. It’s my go-to recipe when I need a salad dressing!
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, grated on a microplane (basically like pulp; or minced)
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 c. raw red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. avocado oil
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a glass container and shake well to combine. Serve over any type of salad. Makes 4 – 6 servings.

This was lovely, I have always had a hard time getting them to taste just right but this was perfect and so easy….I used it on a greek style salad.
I have been making this recipe for a few months now and my husband and 2 and 5 year olds love it! I love its so much healthier than store bought! I double the recipe and it almost fills a normal sized salad dressing bottle. I store it in the cupboard, not the fridge, it congealed when I put it in the fridge:)

How long will this dressing last? (Meaning how long before it goes bad, not how long until we devour it. :))
