Q: I don’t see the book, how do I get it?
A: A link will be sent to your email shortly. Please remember that we only sell ebooks, not print copies.
Q: I checked my email, but I don’t see it! Where is it?
A: If it’s only been a minute, wait a little bit longer. Then, try checking your spam folder. If that doesn’t work, make sure you have the right email address. Sometimes readers use a spouse’s Paypal email to buy the book, and the book will be sent to that email. If you still can’t find it, let us know.
Q: I forgot to download it/lost my book/my computer broke/the link is expired! Can I get a new code?
A: Yes! Just email us. Once we’ve verified that you purchased it, we will send you a link with a new download code.
Q: I love your book! Do you offer discounts for buying more than one?
A: Yes, if you choose to purchase others in a package, you can get up to 20% off! Just check the store page for details.
Q: Do you share my information with anyone?
A: No. We keep your email address and all personal information confidential. We do use your email to let you know when new products are being released, but you won’t hear from us more than a few times a year. You also get special pre-launch discounts, too, for being a current customer. 🙂
