Pre-Purchase Questions
1) What format do the books come in?
All of the ebooks available in the MAM Book Store come in PDF format. Some of the ebooks are also available via the Amazon Kindle store; you’ll find those links in the Store.
2) Are the books available in printed form?
Yes, some of our books are currently available in print, through Amazon. These include A Practical Guide to Children’s Health, Healing with God’s Herbal Gifts, and Natural Remedies for Kids.
3) I love your book! Do you offer discounts for buying more than one?
Not at this time, but we do offer sales from time to time.
4) Do you share my information with anyone?
Under no cirmcumstances. We keep your email address and all personal information confidential. We do use your email to let you know when new products are being released, but you won’t hear from us more than a few times a year. You also get special pre-launch discounts, too, as thanks for being a current customer. 🙂
Post Purchase Questions
1) Why haven’t I received my ebook yet?
Links to download the ebooks you purchase will be automatically sent a few minutes after your purchase. If you have not received your ebook yet, it could be due to one of several reasons:
- The automated emails will be sent to your primary Paypal e-mail address. Double-check emails to that account, including your spam folder.
- If you pay by electronic check, our system will wait until the check payment clears. Please wait a few days, and if you still haven’t received it, email us at kate@mam.parakino.com
2) My download link has expired / I’ve tried to download too many times / I lost my ebook; Can I get a new download link?
Absolutely you can! You can generate a new download link by entering the Paypal e-mail address originally used to make your purchase into the form below. You will receive newly generated download links for all products you have ever purchased from us.
