Beautiful results! This is an exciting loaf because an attempt at a boule actually LOOKS like a boule when I’m done! This sourdough and light rye loaf had a softer crust and a springy chewy crumb. The toasted fennel, sesame, and poppy seeds on the outside contributed good flavor too.
