Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup brown rice flour
  • ½ cup sorghum flour
  • ¾ cup tapioca starch
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup palm shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. Earthley's Greens Powder

Method
 

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add in the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. Press into a small bar pan, about ½ in thick.
  4. Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until edges are brown.
