Participates with the Program Director in the interview process, makes recommendations for hiring, disciplinary action or termination of employees, as appropriate.

Actively participates and provides written input in the performance review process for Geropsych Medical Social Workers and Limited Licensed Psychologist staff. Assists with the development, recommendation, communication and interpretation of hospital and departmental policies to assigned staff.
