Smooth Peanut Butter Dip

Ingredients
  

  • Sliced carrots celery, apples, mangoes, papaya, or any other fruit/veggie you can cut to dip!
  • ½ cup of powdered roasted peanuts or PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ tsp. of sea salt
Optional
  • ¼ cup of yogurt or softened cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. of collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp. of Earthley's Electrolyte Powder

Method
 

  1. Combine the peanut powder and honey (or maple syrup).
  2. If adding collagen or electrolyte powder, do so now.
  3. Whip the yogurt or cream cheese into the peanut mixture.
  4. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.

Notes

In the case of a peanut or dairy allergy, coconut cream and roasted pumpkin would be yummy too, I bet! This works great for parties or whip it into jelly jars and stick the carrots right into it for an “on the go” snack!
