Method
- Combine the peanut powder and honey (or maple syrup).
- If adding collagen or electrolyte powder, do so now.
- Whip the yogurt or cream cheese into the peanut mixture.
- Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.
Notes
In the case of a peanut or dairy allergy, coconut cream and roasted pumpkin would be yummy too, I bet! This works great for parties or whip it into jelly jars and stick the carrots right into it for an “on the go” snack!
