PumpkinĀ Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 3 cups organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 1 cup choice of nuts (optional)

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for up to one hour, then keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
