Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup raw honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp paleo flour (coconut or almond flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup nuts of choice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 8 inch square or round pan. 
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 
  4. Let cool, and top with nuts if desired.
