Calm Mood Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp. nettle leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. blackberry leaf
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water, then steep the tea leaves for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Strain and drink as-is, or add a small amount of honey to sweeten.  I almost prefer it plain, but of course, it's up to you.
