Ingredients

nettle leaf
1/2
tsp.
blackberry leaf
2
cups
of water
Instructions
Boil the water, then steep the tea leaves for 20 - 30 minutes.
Strain and drink as-is, or add a small amount of honey to sweeten. I almost prefer it plain, but of course, it's up to you.
