Preheat oven to 375°F before lining a large baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper and setting it aside.
Cut your bread into ¾ inch cubes before adding them to a large bowl.
Toss the bread cubes in olive oil and evenly sprinkle seasonings on the bread.
Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden (cooking time will depend on the thickness of the cubes; thinner bread may burn). Be sure to flip the bread cubes halfway through.
Remove the croutons from the oven and let them cool completely. Use immediately, or store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
