Stress Reliever Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. passionflower
  • 2 tbsp. chamomile
  • 1 tbsp. lemon balm
  • 1 tbsp. catnip
  • 1/2 tbsp. lavender

Instructions

  • Mix all the herbs in a jar with a lid and shake well to combine.
  • To brew, add one teaspoon of the tea to a tea strainer. Cover with boiling water and allow to steep for at least 10 minutes.
