Lemon-Lime Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3 lemons juiced
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar or honey
  • 5 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Heat some of the water slightly -- warm enough to dissolve the sugar or honey.  Stir it in until well mixed.
  • Add the lemon, lime juices, and the remaining water and stir.
  • Pour into popsicle molds, being careful not to overfill.  Add lids or sticks as desired, depending on the type of mold you are using.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.  Serve.
