Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup powdered sucanat if you don't have powdered, just run sucanat through a blender or food processor

Instructions

  • Add the butter and cream cheese to a medium bowl.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Beat this mixture together briefly with a hand mixture.  This is easier if the butter and cream cheese are softened.
  • Add the sucanat, then beat again.  That's it!  Once it's fully mixed, it's done!
