Immune Support Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kiefer yogurt, or another probiotic (I've even added kvass.)
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • A handful of almonds
  • 1 tsp. cod liver oil
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey

Instructions

  • Put all your ingredients in your blender, blend well, and drink up. Yes, it's that simple!
