Sliced carrotscelery, apples, mangoes, papaya, or any other fruit/veggie you can cut to dip!
½cupof powdered roasted peanutsor PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder
¼cupof maple syrup or honey
¼tsp.of sea salt
Optional
¼cupof yogurt or softened cream cheese
2tbsp.of collagen powder
1tbsp.of Earthley's Electrolyte Powder
Instructions
Combine the peanut powder and honey (or maple syrup).
If adding collagen or electrolyte powder, do so now.
Whip the yogurt or cream cheese into the peanut mixture.
Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.
Notes
In the case of a peanut or dairy allergy, coconut cream and roasted pumpkin would be yummy too, I bet! This works great for parties or whip it into jelly jars and stick the carrots right into it for an “on the go” snack!
