Pumpkin Protein Balls
Ingredients

pumpkin

cups
organic rolled oats
1/2
cup
raw honey or maple syrup

cup
almond butter

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
nutmeg

clove

cup
choice of nuts
(optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together.
Roll into 1 inch balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for up to one hour, then keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
