Ingredients
  

  • 1 - 2 black tea bags
  • 8 oz. water
  • 1.5 tsp. rooibos tea optional
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey
  • 2 - 3 peach slices

Method
 

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add in the black tea and rooibos tea (if omitting rooibos, use two black teas)
  3. Steep for 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Remove tea and mix in the honey
  5. Pour the tea into a blender with the peach slices. Blend until smooth and serve over ice.
