I just met this guy about three weeks ago. I like him so far, and right now we are taking things “slow”. He said he didn’t mind when I came over so at first we spent maybe days together but I’ve been at his house pretty much every day this past week. I like just being in his company and he says the same. Dating is just way too much work. Women are always telling guys like “oh just be confident, we like that” but there’s so much more to it than just confidence. Literally seen tons of videos of women explaining what is needed in order for them to like men, and then I finally realised why so many men just give up.

I was so crushed. Is this still revelant? Why or why not in your honest opinion. I believe dating in particular takes a bit of work. It's not something you can smooth over in a night, unless it's a dwting stand. There needs to be compromises, understanding, and effort.
