Yeah but that specific type of companionship? No, it makes no sense that she'd specifically want a "beautiful stranger tall and fair". If the writers gave a crap, Anna's main desires would be to a confront Elsa and try to understand why she's been shut out and b just experience the outside world in general, not this tacked on romance nonsense.
