This study evaluated the effectiveness of a school-based mental health literacy intervention for adolescents on knowledge and stigma. If a child or student has anxiety, the education or care service should refer to health support planning for children and students in education and care settings to ensure that the appropriate plans and agreements are in place. Both behaviors can start as early as preschool and become an even greater risk as young people transition into middle school, high school, college, and beyond.
