Everything was pretty much good until it got up to filling the tubes. The instructions were completely wrong. However, i found a little hack for people having issues with tube overflow and the caps popping out. Also, instead if inserting the cap THEN inserting the brush, slide the cap onto the wand then put the wand in and tighten until its on completely. I found that this worked from me quite well. I was hesitant to buy this but I went ahead and bought it and boy am I disappointed. Both of the syringes that come with it are tiny and makes it impossible to dispense the gloss both ended up breaking. What a rip off! My daughter wanted to start getting into making lip glosses. This kit smashed that goal. Like just about everyone else the plastic stoppers don't stay at all. We tried the hack another person suggested, we even tried to super glue the thing in there. It did nothing but create a stressful, frustrating mess. My daughter was crying at the end she was so upset. It is ridiculous that all this is bc they did not make sure the cheapest piece of the entire kit worked well. Will never buy from this company again.
