It is entertaining with life events of some one who is so much like you and if you are a small town boyit sounds so much like yours! Bagchi is a gifted writer. God does laugh even at Subroto every now and then, and to overcome this he shows how a heads down approach has worked very well for him, and should yhe for most of us too. One flaw in the book from my perspective is that even Subroto falls prey to presenting his DCM experience with a senior manager as a "I'm right, and he who kissed first in the world book wrong" view.
