Fall Blend Herbal Tea

Ingredients

red rooibos tea
1/2
cup
dried apple chunks
2
cinnamon sticks
cut into small chunks

tsp.
cloves
1
vanilla bean
Instructions
Dump everything in a bowl. Mix briefly to combine and store in an air-tight container (I use a glass bowl).
When you’re ready to brew, simply add 1 tablespoon of the fall blend to 8 oz. of water, let steep for ten minutes, sweeten as desired, and enjoy.
