Chicken Parmesan

An out-of this world, juice chicken parmesan recipe made from real food ingredients.

  • 4-6 chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 1/ c. sprouted or whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • 32 oz. tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz. parmesan cheese


  • Prepare the breading for the chicken. That’s the flour, breadcrumbs, onion powder, sea salt, parsley. Combine it in a medium bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine the egg and milk, and mix it together.
  • Dip the chicken into the egg/milk mixture, and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Pour oil into a large frying pan, and add the chicken and garlic cloves. The garlic will give it a great flavor.
  • Cook the chicken about 5 minutes on each side, until it’s cooked through and the breading is golden brown.
  • Put the chicken into a 9×13 baking dish. Top the chicken with the sauce and cheese.
  • Pop it into the oven at 350 for 10 – 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve alongside pasta or your favorite veggie!
