Pumpkin Pie Smoothie


  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 cup pumpkin (fresh - previously frozen is best)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • Sweetener of your choice (I use two scoops of Kal Stevia)
  • 2 cups ice


  • Put all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and mix until smooth.
  • Divide evenly between glasses, add a straw and enjoy!
