Pregnancy Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups red raspberry leaf
  • 3/4 cup peppermint
  • 1/2 cup nettle leaf
  • 2 tbsp alfalfa leaf (increase to 1/4 cup in the last few weeks of pregnancy)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and store in a cool, dry place.
  • To brew, steep 1 Tbsp of the mixture in 1 cup hot water.
