Lavender Lemonade with Raw Honey


  • 6 cups water
  • 1/2 cup lavender flowers (dried or fresh)
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp unrefined salt


  • In a small saucepot bring the 2 cups of water to a boil. Turn off heat, add honey, and stir until it dissolves.
  • Add the lavender to the pot and cover. Let sit for an hour to infuse the flavor.
  • After the hour is over, strain the lavender off and place the lavender-infused syrup in the fridge to cool completely.
  • Once cool, mix the syrup, lemon juice, and remaining water in a pitcher. Return to the fridge until ready to serve.
