Imagine my surprise when I discovered this was written by a kid. A 17 year old to be exact and she actually wrote it unlike just slapping her name on it like the trainwreck which was Girl Online. The story here is simple — girl and boy Elle and Lee have been best friends literally since their birth on the same day, in the same hospital. But when the school carnival rolls around and Elle and Lee find themselves running the most popular booth of all, things start going a little sideways. Which leads to Elle and Noah following the sage advice of one R. But seriously, they decide to keep it on the down low. What can go wrong, right? If you grew up on John Hughes movies and are not a member of Generation Butthurt, you might find this enjoyable as well. Or you can make me morph into Mallory Archer and want to scream at you. Because you refuse to stop being obstinate long enough to attempt to understand the points Beth Reekles was trying to get across.
I thought this was adorable. A cheesy and cliched rom-com drama is what this book has to offer, one time read, but I guess, the story could have been much better. Going to start this review by saying that I did not know of this book's existence until the film on Netflix came out and I became obsessed with the storyline. I have been a Wattpad member since and never heard of it, and I'm kinda upset I hadn't because it was actually a really interesting book. Though, I enjoyed the film more I think because the storyline in the movie was more emotional considering it was VERY different than the book. Though, it did have its similarities. I found that a Going to start this review by saying that I did not know of this book's existence until the film on Netflix came out and I became obsessed with the storyline. I found that a few lines between the two were shared, which made me super excited.

I think both materials are great on their own. The film has the same characters, same plot line, but a different line-up of events. The book, well, same thing, just some different events, again. I read this novel in one night, and I can honestly say I barely remember most of it once I finished it. Like I remember a few scenes like party scenes and some scenes I remember that were in the movie too, but not much stuck from the tye onto my mind. That's mainly why I scored this book a 3. It was decently written, both for a seventeen year old; I write on Wattpad, myself, and I found click here so cool to be reading someones work that derived from there. But, like I said, it wasn't as memorable as I wanted it to be. I think he was well written, but at the same time, I don't think so. He was very controlling, protective, possessive, and aggressive. She aspired to imbibe the best qualities of those around her, and become a version of herself that they would be proud of. Despite all the gaffes and problems Elle caused, this line reflected the real her. Noah and Elle's relationship was never an easy one, and things became harder here Noah moved to Harvard in the second movie.
Elle's trip to Boston was punctuated with doubt — she suspected Noah of cheating on her with Click the following article because she found her earring under his bed.
