Recipe Collection: Easy Cranberry Sauce
I thought I didn’t like cranberries. All I had known of them as a kid was the canned cranberry sauce that was ceremoniously bought for thanksgiving each year. They say we eat with our eyes, and well, let’s just say my eyes didn’t find canned cranberry sauce very appetizing. Flash forward 30 years to now, my desire to learn to cook everything from scratch and what-do-ya-know, cranberry sauce came up on the list.
This recipe started my love for all things cranberries. It’s a tasty blend of sweet and tart with the benefits of using wholefoods. Cranberries are high in antioxidants, they help our immune system, and promote digestive health. So, if you’ve never tried homemade cranberry sauce, I really think you should give this a try.
