30 DIY Projects To Improve Your Health

I’ve always been a DIY’er (Do-It-Yourself-er). I love to be able to make something that I am going to be able to get good use out of. I love even more the fact that making your own products almost always saves you money.

Recently, I’ve been passing this on to friends and family. I make something simple and give it as a gift (my other favorite perk of DIY) and then they start asking questions – and before I know it they are making their own as well!

That’s why I wanted to share with you 30 DIY options for your health, bathroom, and home! All of these have a positive effect on your health by keeping things more natural and lowering toxins.

For Healing

Making your own healing products has many benefits. You know exactly what you are putting into your body and have more control over ingredients you might not want like colors and dyes.

In The Bathroom

By making your own products in the bathroom you can save a ton of money and make wiser health choices! Many of today’s toothpaste, shampoos, and beauty products are packed full of toxins that your skin would take into your body. By making your own you get to make the choice to keep things as natural as possible.

Around  The Home

The products you use around your home can effect your entire family – including kids and pets. Sometimes we don’t even realize that these things are toxic or could even effect our health.
