I really don’t know how you’d describe these pills, exactly. They are a combination of three powerful herbs, which can fight just about any type of virus, bacteria, inflammation, pain, infection…you name it. Hence, “anti-everything.”
They contain turmeric, which is strongly anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and all around awesome. Also acerola berry powder (pure), which is very high in vitamin C. Finally, goldenseal root powder, which is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, immune-boosting, and enhances the potency of other herbs it’s taken with. So, as you see, pretty amazing stuff.
I take 1 – 2 pills a day if I am sick or feel like I might be getting sick. I think that they could be taken more often, but be careful with them — they’re potent.
Ingredients (by weight):
- 3 oz. turmeric root powder (buy here)
- 1 1/2 oz. acerola berry powder (buy here)
- 1/2 oz. goldenseal root powder (buy here)
Place a glass jar or bowl onto a kitchen scale and 0 it out. Add the herbs to it by weight.
Shake the jar (with a lid on) to combine thoroughly.
Now, you just have to fill the capsules. This will make around 300, maybe 350. I did about 200 and kept the rest of the mix in the glass jar for later. If you can get a capsule machine, they are so much faster. It takes a good minute to fill a capsule manually; I can fill 24 in 2 – 3 minutes with the machine. They only cost about $12, so if you plan to make capsules more than a few times, you should get one. I also used mine to make more liver pills after I finished this set.
Store the finished pills in a glass jar in a cool, dry place. That’s it!
